With the development and implementation of educational and marketing programs, Adara Academy focuses on proactive property management. Courses are written specifically for property management, and include real life examples, scenarios, and exercises. Adara Academy uses many mediums to deliver training to our employees; classroom learning, web-ex seminars as well as online courses.

Adara Academy has devised Career Development courses for each position enhancing employee skills, making our team members professionals in the industry. Elective classes are also available for those who are interested in the development and advancement of their careers with Adara Investments. In order to ensure success as an Adara Investments team member, the Resource Department has devised a strategic education system to guide in development. Team members begin training as soon as they join Adara Investments. By attending New Hire Member Orientation they are given a clear understanding of their benefits package, an overview of their position, as well as the educational opportunities available to them with Adara Academy.
